Why use Technical Analysis?
If used properly, technical analysis can increase your investment return, while reducing your risk. Would you buy a new bungalow without knowing the material used by builder and creditability of the builder? The same way, you should not buy stock-commodities without knowing about what the price have done in the past.
Technical analysis not only gives us the direction of the market but it also helps us to make our trades at an appropriate time.
Technical analysis is an art and science of knowing “how and when” the stock-commodities move.
Benefits of Technical Analysis:
- Charts are indigenous to stock market/commodities market trading which give you both the immediate and long term view.
- Formations, patterns and signals are easy to recognize and interpret, and tend to repeat themselves.
- Valid targets can be established.
- It enables the investor to stay on a winner while it is winning and get off a loser quickly.
- It quickly gives idea that who is holding control over market demand or supply
Important:
MY RESEARCH METHOLOGY - Simple Economics:
Simple stated, Nishesh Jani focused on the “PRICE OF a STOCK-COMMODITY” because it is the ultimate determination of supply and demand in the market. When you cut through all the red tap on market, what moves price is supply and demand.
If there are more buyers the sellers willing to sell, the price will move higher. If there more sellers the buyers willing to buy, the price will move lower.
Therefore, recording the price action of a stock-commodity can yield important information as to who is winning the battle for that stock-commodity-supply or demand.
Technical analysis has been around for over 100 years. One of the first proponents of the technical was Charles Dow, the first editor of the Wall Street journal.charles Dow was fundamentalist at heart, yet he understood the importance of supply and demand relation in any stock-commodity.
There are various technical methodology which are logical, organized way of recording this simple economics concept known as supply and demand.
A ROAD MAP FOR Investing - Trading:
If you were going to take a trip driving from kanyakumari to Kashmir, what would be the first thing you would do? Most likely, you would pull out your atlas or road map. You would not be just blindly jumped on any road and hope that it is the one that takes you to Kashmir. The probability of reaching your destination is pretty slim.unfortunatly, most investors-traders jump in to market with no road map to guide.
I personally used 4 different methodologies for investments and trading journey, which provides unbiased road map to reach my destination of PROFIT.
